 Five star catering operated by owner and Chef Wayne Kinlocke. Chef Wayne has been cooking for the more than 15 years and his staff team more than 25 years of experience. Chef Wayne has made gourmet cuisine for Mayor David Miller, Mayor Hazel McCallion, Mayor Linda Jackson present / former Prime Minister Stephen Harper Brian Mulroney present / former Ontario Premier Dalton Mcguinty & Bob Rae, former CFL football player Michael "pinball" Clement and other sport athletes. Chef Wayne has worked as Executive Chef, Executive Sous chef at some of Toronto and Greater Toronto Area, and the Caribbean at some of the most luxurious facilities convention centres, hotels, and restaurants. After working for these company's Chef Wayne opened Five Star Catering a high end catering company that offers substantial Caribbean and North American Cuisines.
